Return policy of PETNT E COMMERCE Portal implies return of good procured through it by the customer. This policy is formulated to protect the interest of the customers as far as supply and delivery of goods is concerned ,being ordered by them . This policy however varies for different sets of products under PETNET.

Conditions of Return of Product

There are certain basic terms and conditions for return of products procured through PETNET. This is applicable for all categories of products

General Terms and conditions for Return

  • No Return request will be processed and no replacement/refund will take place in case the material is received in open condition or with a damaged container. This is applicable in case of defective shipment


  • All Return Request related to wrong shipment should be sent to specific E Mail ID or WHATSAPP NO. of PETNET Portal ,given below, within 24 Hrs. from the date of delivery


  • The Return Shipping charges shall be borne by AMBICON RETAIL SERVICES (P) LTD , Owner of PETNET Portal


  • For Wrong shipment, No return request shall be processed and no replacement/refund shall take place in case the container of the wrongly supplied product is opened by the customer since the shipment details are available in the sealed container of the product delivered to him. Sealed container of the wrongly delivered product shall be collected by authorized personnel of PETNET at the time of delivering replacement


  • The refund of payment in case of accepted Sales Return shall be credited to the bank account of the customer within 7 to 15 days from the date of acceptance of Sales Return


Terms and Conditions for Order Cancellation

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from placing the order. Customer may send Written communication to our customer support team at or may call us on 033-40083592. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to the customer within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
