Return Policy
Return policy of PETNT E COMMERCE Portal implies return of good procured through it by the customer. This policy is formulated to protect the interest of the customers as far as supply and delivery of goods is concerned ,being ordered by them . This policy however varies for different sets of products under PETNET.
Conditions of Return of Product
There are certain basic terms and conditions for return of products procured through PETNET. This is applicable for all categories of products

General Terms and conditions for Return of materials/Refund of payment
- All defective /wrong shipments must be returned back to the below mentioned Kolkata Office Address of AMBICON RETAIL SERVICES (P) LTD , owner of PETNET
- The Return Request shall be processed only after receipt of wrongly or defectively shipped materials at AMBICON RETAIL end No Return request shall be processed and no replacement/refund shall take place in case the material is received in an open condition or with a damaged container from customer end. This is applicable in case of both defective and wrong shipments
- The quantity of wrongly or defectively shipped materials must remain the same in which it was shipped to the customer, at the time of receipt by AMBICON RETAIL end. Partially used defective or wrongly shipped materials shall remain out of Return Policy.
- Return Request must be accompanied with photo of wrong or defective shipments with clear visibility of container where the shipping details etc. are mentioned along with defective or wrongly shipped materials. No return request shall be entertained without photo
- All Return Request related to wrong or defective shipment must be sent to specific E Mail ID or WHATSAPP NO. of PETNET Portal ,given below, within 24 Hrs. from the date of delivery
- The Return Shipping charges shall be borne by AMBICON RETAIL SERVICES (P) LTD , Owner of PETNET Portal
- The refund of payment in case of accepted Sales Return shall be credited to the bank account of the customer within 15 days from the date of acceptance of Return
- The replacement of defective or wrong shipment shall be sent to the customer within 15 days from the date of acceptance of return
- Acceptance or rejection of return shall be communicated to the customer via Official Mail Communication
