Terms and Conditions for Availing Pet crèche Services

Following are the basic terms and conditions for availing Pet crèche services, offered by AMBICON RETAIL SERVICES (P) LTD (Shall hereinafter be referred to as “ AMBICON”) by the individual customers ( shall hereinafter be referred to as “Customer”) through their Digital Platform www.petnet.in (shall hereinafter be referred to as PETNET )

That the customer agrees and accepts that AMBICON is the aggregator for pet crèche services

That the customer agrees and accepts that AMBICON is responsible for listing of profiles of different categories of pet crèche service providers in their digital platform

That the customer agrees and accepts that the Profiles of pet crèche service providers, listed in PETNET has been prepared based on information and details shared by pet crèche service providers to AMBICON

That the customer agrees and accepts that AMBICON shall not be taking any responsibility of false information and details , in case supplied by any pet crèche service provider , based on which his or her profile has been listed in PETNET

That the customer agrees and accepts that AMBICON is responsible for only booking of his or her orders of Pet crèches through their portal

That the customer agrees and accepts that he or she is booking the order for pet crèche service through PETNET based on their own choice and by applying their wisdom and intelligence

That the customer agrees and accepts that he or she has not been influenced by AMBICON while selecting a crèche in PETNET

That the customer agrees and accepts that the actual pet crèche service shall be provided by the pet crèche which he or she has selected through PETNET

That the customer agrees and accepts that AMBICON shall not be taking any responsibility for quality of services, being provided by pet crèche owners

That the customer agrees and accepts that AMBICON shall be responsible for receiving the complaints and issues of the customer , raised against the concerned crèche which he or she has booked for pet crèche service and forward the same to the concerned crèche owner for resolution of the same

That the customer agrees and accepts that AMBICON shall no way be directly or indirectly responsible for resolution of customer complaints and the same shall be done by concerned crèche only

That the customer agrees and accepts that AMBICON and crèche owners are two separate entities

That the customer agrees and accepts that AMBICON shall not be taking any responsibility of any acts committed by any listed pet crèche owner in PETNET

That the customer agrees and accepts that they shall be indemnifying AMBICON from any legal consequences which may be arising due to the legal action which he or she may initiate against concerned owner of the creche which he or she has booked through PETNET

That the customer agrees and accepts that owner of the pet crèche which he or she has booked through PETNET shall be responsible for providing quality assured pet crèche service to him or her

That the Customer agrees and accepts that he or she can cancel his or her booking within 24 Hrs from the time of Booking his order in PETNET and PETNET shall refund his or her total booking amount back in such circumstances

That the Customer agrees and accepts that beyond 24 Hrs. of Booking of crèche in PETNET , his or her such booking shall not be accepted for cancellation and PETNET shall not refund his or her Booking Amount in such circumstances although, PETNET shall arrange for alternate crèche booking for him or her and adjust his or her advance amount with that booking

That the customer agrees and accepts that service commitments and deliverables , mentioned in listed profile of pet crèche in PETNET shall be fulfilled by concerned pet crèche owner only

That the customer agrees and accepts that he or she can book the pet crèche service of any crèche , listed in PETNET, by paying advance amount as specified there in PETNET

That the customer agrees and accepts that he or she need to pay the balance amount , payable towards pet crèche service , directly to pet crèche owner and not to AMBICON since they are not the transacting entity after completion of booking formalities by the customer including payment of advance.

That the customer agrees and accepts that they will be settling all the disputes, if any arises, related to payment of balance amount payable for availing pet crèche services , directly with the crèche owner and shall not involve AMBICON in the same

That the customer agrees and accepts that their placement of order in PETNET for booking of pet crèche service shall be considered as their deemed acceptance for the terms and conditions mentioned above
