Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and Refund policy of PETNT E COMMERCE Portal implies processing of Cancellation of orders placed in the portal by the customer for whatsoever reasons and refund of corresponding payments This policy is formulated to protect the interest of the customers as far as supply and delivery of goods and services are concerned ,being ordered by them . This policy however varies for different sets of products and services under PETNET.
Terms and Conditions Regarding Cancellation of Orders Placed for Products and corresponding refund
There are certain basic terms and conditions for Cancellation of Orders and refund of payment. This is applicable for all categories of products

| 1 | Within 24 Hrs of Placement of Order | 100% of the amount paid |
| 2 | Within 48 Hrs of Placement of Order | 75% of the amount paid |
| 3 | Within 72 Hrs of Placement of Order | 50% of the amount paid |
| 4 | Beyond 72 Hrs. of Placement of order | No Refund is applicable |
Terms and Conditions Regarding Cancellation of Orders Placed for Pet Care Services and corresponding refund
| Sl. No. | Lead time for Cancellation of Order | Amount of Refund |
| 1 | Within 24 Hrs. of Placement of Order for booking of any category of Pet care Services | 100% of the amount paid |
| 2 | Beyond 24 Hrs. of Placement of Order for pet Creche Booking | No Refund is applicable |
| 3 | Beyond 24 Hrs. of Placement of existing Order for Pet Creche Booking and Placement of New Order for booking of another Pet Creche listed in PETNET | The amount already paid shall be adjusted with new booking. and no refund shall be processed |
| 4 | Beyond 24 Hrs of Placement of Order for Pet Grooming Service Booking | No Refund is applicable |
| 5 | Beyond 24 Hrs .of Placement of existing Order for Pet Grooming Service Booking and Placement of New Order for Pet Grooming Service Booking with another Pet Groomer listed in PETNET | The amount already paid shall be adjusted with new booking. and no refund shall be processed |
| 6 | Beyond 24 Hrs of Placement of Order for Pet Pharmacy Booking | No Refund is applicable |
| 7 | Beyond 24 Hrs .of Placement of existing Order for Pet Pharmacy Booking and Placement of New Order for Pet Pharmacy Booking with another Pet Pharmacy listed in PETNET |
Refund Amount shall be paid to the customer within 96 Hrs. of it’s applicability as per terms and conditions given above to the bank account of Customer.
Mode of Payment of Refund Amount
The Refund amount shall be paid by any one of the following mode of payment
- NEFT
- RTGS
- UPI Payment
